From selecting the ideal location to crafting a well-rounded schedule of activities, retreat coordinators strive to ensure that organizers and participants are set up for success.

The successful execution of a retreat demands careful planning, and retreat coordinators typically require several months to prepare. This timeline encompasses pre-event arrangements, consistent communication with participants and service providers, and thorough post-event follow-ups.

Availability Minimum

Service providers' availability depends on the nature of their service and the projects requirements. Some services might be needed for a few hours during an event, while others may require longer commitments for project-based work (no more than 10 hours a week).

Description

Brand ambassadors are individuals who promote and represent Getaways mission and values. They are passionate advocates who authentically engage with our community members to increase Getaways awareness, drive ticket sales, and build a positive brand image. They encourage partnerships and sponsorships with enablers who align with our mission.

Availability Minimum

Brand ambassadors' availability can vary based on the nature of their role. Some might be involved in short-term campaigns, while others could have ongoing commitments to maintain a consistent brand presence. The nature of their project will be determined and agreed upon beforehand.

Perks

Brand ambassadors have the opportunity to align themselves with a brand that gives back in the form of free health events for locals affected by over tourism.

They also receive:

Co-Creator Agreement

This Co-Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the following parties:

Getaway Events

Retreat Organizers

Retreat Coordinators

Service Providers

Brand Ambassadors

Purpose

The parties intend to collaborate and co-create Getaway Events ("Project") by combining their respective expertise and roles as described below:

Roles and Responsibilities

a. Retreat Organizer:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the Project experience.

Secure suitable locations, manage logistics, and ensure participant satisfaction.

Handle participant communication, bookings, and follow-ups.

b. Retreat Coordinator:

c. Service Providers:

Provide specialized services (e.g., catering/wellness activities/technical support) as agreed upon.

Ensure the successful execution of the services during the Project.

Coordinate with the Retreat Organizer to meet participant and Project requirements.

c. Brand Ambassador:

Promote and represent the Project and its values on personal and professional platforms.

Engage with the audience, generate brand awareness, and drive engagement.

Participate in marketing campaigns and events to amplify the Project's reach.

Project Timeline and Availability

The Co-Creators shall mutually agree on the timeline for the Project, considering the availability minimum of each role as stated in their respective descriptions.

Compensation and Perks

Compensation for each Co-Creator's role will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

Perks and rewards, such as free products, exclusive access, and personal brand event opportunities, will be provided to each Co-Creator as stated in their respective Co-Creator Activation Decks.

Intellectual Property

Each Co-Creator retains ownership of their original intellectual property and content contributed to the Project.

The Co-Creators grant each other and all Getaway representatives a non-exclusive license to use and promote the contributed content for Project-related purposes.

Confidentiality

The Co-Creators agree to treat any confidential information shared during the collaboration with the utmost care and not to disclose it to third parties.

Termination

In the event that one Co-Creator wishes to withdraw from the collaboration, a notice period of 30 days/weeks shall be given to allow for a smooth transition.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the Co-Creators and hold all engaged parties harmless.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

Execution

This Agreement is effective as of the date listed below and is executed by the signatures of the Co-Creator below:
