Content Release Agreement

This Getaway Retreat Content Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the date signed by below, by and between:

(Content Distributors Name), ("Distributor") where the inputs are to be added below.

and

[Participant's Name], with a principal address at [Participant's Address] ("Participant") where the inputs are to be added below.

1. Definitions

(a) Content: Refers to any photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other content produced by the Distributor during the Getaway Retreat featuring the Participant.

(b) Use: Refers to the reproduction, distribution, public display, and/or any other form of utilization of the Content.

2. Content Release

(a) The Participant hereby grants the Distributor the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish the Content, in whole or in part, for any purpose related to the promotion, marketing, advertising, and documentation of the Getaway Retreat.

(b) The Participant acknowledges that the Content may be edited, modified, or combined with other materials at the discretion of the Distributor.

3. Compensation

(a) In consideration for the rights granted herein, the Participant agrees to the participation fee, if any, as set forth in a separate agreement between the parties.

4. Representations and Warranties

(a) The Participant represents and warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

(b) The Participant further represents and warrants that the Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

5. Confidentiality

(a) The Participant agrees to keep confidential any information disclosed by the Distributor that is not generally known to the public.

6. Governing Law

(a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Distributor Jurisdiction].

7. Miscellaneous

(a) This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

(b) Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
