VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT
This Volunteer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Getaway Technologies LLC ("Organization"), and the undersigned volunteer ("Volunteer").
1. VOLUNTEER SERVICES:
The Volunteer agrees to perform the following volunteer services for the Organization:
Updating the Retreat Calendar
Coordination Between Talent + Partners
Hosting Virtual Kick-Off Calls
Updating Community Board Flyers
Preparing Retreat Materials
Social Media Promotion (where applicable)
Post-Retreat Follow-Up
Evaluate Success and Lessons Learned
2. TIME COMMITMENT:
The Volunteer agrees to commit to 10 hours per week for a period of 3 months from signing date, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
3. TRAINING:
The Volunteer agrees to participate in any required training sessions provided by the Organization.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Volunteer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of their volunteer work.
5. CONDUCT:
The Volunteer agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, adhering to the Organization's policies and guidelines.
6. LIABILITY:
The Volunteer understands and agrees that they are not an employee of the Organization and will not be entitled to any compensation, benefits, or insurance coverage from the Organization.
7. RELEASE:
The Volunteer releases and discharges the Organization from any liability arising out of their volunteer services.
8. TERMINATION:
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Volunteer Agreement as of the Effective Date.
