By participating in any event organized by Getaway (Event), you agree to the following terms:

Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that participating in Event involves certain inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical exertion, possible injury, and exposure to unforeseen hazards. I understand and accept these risks voluntarily and agree that Getaway, its contractors, and employees shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.

Hold Harmless Agreement

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Getaway, its contractors, and employees from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation in Event. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of Getaway, its contractors, or employees or otherwise.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Getaway, its contractors, and employees from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in Event, including but not limited to attorney fees and costs incurred in defending such claims.

Acknowledgement of Understanding

By participating in Event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Liability Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement and voluntarily agree to its contents.
